EnsemPPIS is a novel ensemble framework for protein-protein interaction (PPI) sites prediction based on transformer and gated convolutional networks. It consists of two deep learning base models, namely TransformerPPIS and GatCNNPPIS. EnsemPPIS can capture not only local and global patterns but also residue interactions using only protein sequences.
